在对安徽省开展林业碳汇计量监测体系建设背景和必要性分析的基础上,提出了安徽省林业碳汇计量体系建设的思路、目标和预期成果,并以此解析体系建设中存在的问题和应采取的措施,为建立健全安徽省林业碳汇计量监测体系提供参考。

Based on the analysis of the background and necessity of the construction of forest carbon sequestration measurement and monitor system in Anhui Province,put forward the ideas, objectives and expected results of the construction of system. The problems existing in the construction of the system and the measures to be taken were resolved, in order to provide reference for establishing and perfecting the forestry carbon sequestration measurement and monitor system in Anhui Province.
