摘要
为符合应用型本科人才培养模式,对2013级生物科学专业本科生毒理学实验进行教学改革。认为毒理学实验教学存在的问题主要是课程设置存在局限性,学生积极性普遍不高,综合实践能力难以提高。在改革方法上,主张对学生进行集中培训,定期集中讨论,讨论实验结果。将设计型综合实验引入教学过程,调动了学生做实验的主观能动性,更培养了学生的创新精神与综合实践能力。认为今后应给学生更大的自由度,增加毒理学评价的其他实验,并结合专业特点开展实验。
In order to match the training mode of application-oriented talents, teaching reform of toxicology experiment was carried out in un- dergraduates of 2013 biological science subject. The problems of traditional toxicology experiment teaching are the limitations of the curricu- lum, the lack of student' enthusiasm, and the difficulties of improving the comprehensive practice ability. In the reform methods, the article proposed to take concentrated training to students, and discuss the experimental results regularly. The designed comprehensive experiments were introduced into the teaching process, which mobilized the students' subjective initiative to do the experiment, and also cultivate the students' innovative spirit and comprehensive practical ability. The author advised to provide greater freedom of space for students, increase other experiments of toxicology evaluation, and carry out experiments combining with professional characteristics.
