摘要
在总结创新实验方法的基础上,通过对酿造工艺学实验项目内容的调整、实验设计及过程管理的创新、实验方法的改革,将项目教学法应用到酿造工艺学综合实验中,提出了生物工程综合实验的实验内容及项目的设计原则,实验教学实施方法及评价方法,旨在达到激发学生积极主动性及科研兴趣,培养学生组织动手能力、协作能力、综合概括能力、自主分析解决问题等综合能力,并拓展学生思考问题的深度和广度的教学目的。
On the basis of summarizing innovative experimental methods and through regulating brewing technology experiment project content, innovating experimental design and process management, and reforming experimental methods, the paper applied the project teaching method in brewing technology integrated experiment. The article proposed the design principles of experiment content and project in biological engineering experiment, the implementation methods of experimental teaching, and evaluation methods, in order to stimulate students' positive initiative and research interest, culture students' organizational and operation abilities, collaboration ability, comprehensive summarization ability, and ability to analyze and solve problems independently and other comprehensive abilities, and expand the depth and breadth of students' problem thinking.
