农林院校质量控制与管理课程教学改革与实践

Teaching Reform and Practice of Quality Control and Management Course in Agricultural and Forestry Universities

通过分析质量控制与管理课程教学中存在的问题,根据企业生产实际中质量控制与管理在不同层面的内容,围绕当前企业对质量管理人才的要求,指出了农林院校本科层面质量控制与管理课程教学方向。对质量控制与管理课程教学内容进行了梳理,确定了满足能力培养目标的课程内容结构,并从课程教学方法与手段、实践教学、课程考核评价方面进行了改革与实践,提高了学生的综合能力。

In the practical production of enterprises, there were various contents for quality control and management in different aspects. By ana- lyzing the problems in the teaching of quality control and management and focusing on the enterprise＇ s current requirements for professional tal- ents,the direction of course for the undergraduates in agricultural and forestry universities was pointed out. The contents of course were organized again, and the content and structure meeting ability objectives were set. Teaching reform and its practice were discussed from such aspects as teaching methods and means, practical teaching and course assessment and evaluation, in order to enhance the comprehensive ability of students.
