摘要
目的:筛选适合咳喘灵凝胶膏剂的基质处方。方法:以明胶、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、甘油和聚乙二醇(PEG)400为可变因素,以加入浸膏后基质的黏着力和赋形性为考察指标,采用L16(45)正交试验优选基质配比。结果:最佳基质配比是PVA:明胶:CMC-Na:甘油:PEG 400=6:5:0.8:12:6。结论:优选的工艺简便、可靠,为咳喘灵凝胶膏剂的研制奠定了良好的基础。
Objective: To optimize the best ratio of substrate for Kechuanling cataplasm. Methods: The investigation factors were gelatin ,polyvinyl alcohol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC -Na), Glycerin and polyethylene glycol (PEG)400, and the evaluation index were adhesion and shape form - ing ability by L16 (45) orthogonal test to obtain the best ratio of substrate within Kechuanling extract, Results : The best ratio of substrate for Kechuanling cataplasm was as follows : PVA : gelatin: CMC - Na: optimized process is simple and reasonable, which provides a good foundation for further research.
