摘要
采用ICP-AES测定了野生元蘑中Pb元素的含量。比较了湿法和干法硝解对实验结果的影响,计算得到相对标准偏差7.15%和5.72%,回收率在93.9%和96.2%。计算得到t值为2.32,表明两种方法无显著性的差异。
The Pb content in wild mushroom was determined by ICP - AES. The relative standard deviation of 7. 15% by calculation, the recovery rate of dry and wet nitrolysis effects on the experimental results were compared in 93.9% and 96.2%, the calculated t value is 2.32, the difference shows that the two methods are not significant.
