摘要 饮用水的安全问题越来越受到人们重视,瓶装水和桶装水已成为饮用水消费的主流。市场上的瓶装饮用水分为矿泉水和纯净水两大类,其中矿泉水中无机盐的含量要远远高于纯净水。桶装水在饮水机中反复加热超过14天后,水中会产生亚硝酸盐,长期饮用有害健康。 With the rapid aggravation of the global environment condition, an increasing amount of people now have a tendency to choose bottled ( or barreled) water as their daily means of water intake, and the sanitation and safety when drinking these kinds of water become increasingly crucial to a wide range of consumers. There are two main types of bottled water on sale : the mineral water and the pure water (which contains much higher concentration of inorganic salts than the previous one). While in this test we show that after a constant and repeated heating of 14 days, nitrite acid starts to emerge in the boiled water, affecting people's health if drinking over a long period of time.
