提升骨干教师培训实效的新思考——基于近4年四川省高中化学骨干教师培训需求调查 被引量:1

New Thinking on Improving Training Effectiveness of Senior High School Chemistry Backbone Teachers Based on Needs Survey

摘要 以2012--2015年参加四川省实施的省级骨干教师培训项目的221名高中化学骨干教师为研究对象,主要采用问卷调查法,辅以访谈法,调查高中化学骨干教师的基本情况及培训需求,并提出科学规划骨干教师培训工作的思考与建议:(1)深度调研,科学诊断培训需求;(2)以需定培,自主选学;(3)优化搭建课程结构,着力解决实际问题;(4)组建专家团队,提高授课效果;(5)实行“一·三”式培训,建立区域培训及校本研修良性运行机制。 This study investigated the basic situation and training needs of 221 high school chemistry teachers who had attended the provincial backbone teachers training project in Sichuan Province from 2012 to 2015 based on questionnaire survey and interviews, and put forward the thinking and suggestions on the scientific planning of the backbone teachers' training work, such as investigating deeply and diagnosing scientifically the backbone teachers' training needs, mak- ing training contents based on backbone teachers' demands, formulating self-selection courses for teachers, optimizing the structure of curriculum, focusing on solving practical problems; establis- hing an expert team to improve the teaching effect, carrying out the "one ~ three" mode of train- ing, and establishing proper operation mechanism of regional training and school-based study.
