广东发布“十三五”规划,促进纸业转型升级

Guangdong province has issued the 13th five years plan to promote the transition and upgrade of paper industry

为推动广东省工业优势传统产业加快转型升级,夯实优势传统产业发展基础,提升产业竞争力,塑造广东传统产业增长新优势,广东省经济和信息化委员会于2016年12月制定发布了《广东省工业优势传统产业转型升级＂十三五＂规划（2016~2020年）》（以下简称《规划》）。《规划》明确了＂十三五＂时期广东省优势传统产业发展的指导思路、发展目标、主要任务、区域和产业布局、保障措施和实施机制等。

In order to promote the transition and upgrade of traditional paper industry, strengthen the competitiveness of paper industry of Guangdong province, recently, Economic and information commission of guangdong province has issued the 'Guangdong Province's traditional dominating industries transition and upgrade plan'. The Plan has made clear of the guiding thinking, development goal, primary missions, and the related measures, and so on. Paper industry, as the traditional dominating industry, was mentioned many times in the Plan. In this article, the related rules mentioned in the plan was analyzed.
