在二沉池双周边传动虹吸刮泥机密封装置中,采用新型的开放式密封胶皮代替封闭式的O型密封圈密封,不仅解决了传统的O型密封圈老化磨损时不能更换,影响排泥浓度和出水质量问题,而且减小了排泥机工作时所受的摩擦阻力,降低了电耗,节约了能源。

The open stripper rubber was adopted in place of the close O-ring seal in the sealing device of dual peripheral driving siphon scrapers,which not only solves the problem of unable replacement for the traditional O-ring seal when aging and wearing out,but also reduces the friction resistance between collecting buckets and mud pipes when mud machines working.The result is to reduce the energy consumption and save energy.
