基于凸轮原理的活齿齿形设计及仿真研究

摘要 为实现活齿传动齿形设计参数化,基于凸轮轮廓设计理论和活齿传动原理,提出了一种活齿激波器和中心轮轮廓线的设计方法,此方法可针对不同的应用场合选取不同活齿运动规律,设计不同活齿传动齿形与之相适应,且可实现任意齿差传动和激波器的自平衡。并以滚柱活齿传动为例,设计不同齿差数活齿减速机构,并运用ADAMS对不同的输入转速进行仿真实验研究,仿真结果验证了活齿减速机构传动比的稳定性,证明了此种齿形设计方法的正确性,为活齿传动新齿形的研究提供了理论依据。 To realize the parametric design for the tooth profile of movable teeth drive, a method for the established ofwave generator and center wheel profile based on the principle of cam and moveable tooth drivewas proposed. According to different application situationsdifferent motion laws of movable teeth can be choser~ This method can realize any-tooth different and the self-balance of wave generator.Roller oscillating tooth gear drive was taken as example and different waves and motion law for movable teeth drive was designed. Simulation experiment study was taken under different input speed using the ADAMS software. The results show that transmission ratio was stability what proofed the correctness of this method. And provide theoretical basis for new tooth profile of movable teeth drive.
