摘要
粮食烘干炉温度控制系统是一个非线性、时变及大滞后的控制系统,常规PID控制效果不是很好。通过研究粮食烘干炉温度控制系统,基于PID控制算法和模糊控制技术,设计了一种模糊PID控制器,利用MATLAB软件及其SIMULINK软件包进行仿真研究,仿真结果表明,该模糊PID控制器提高了系统控制精度,加快了动态响应速度,增强了系统的稳定性,降低了系统的超调量,该控制器的设计方法具有一定的实用价值。
Grain drying oven temperature control system is a nonlinear, time varying and large delay control system, conventional PID control often fails to achieve satisfied control results. A fuzzy PID controller is designed based on the PID control algorithm and fuzzy control technology by studying the grain drying oven temperature control system Using SIMULINK software package of MATLAB to carrying out simulation, the results show that the fuzzy PID controller improves the system control precision, increases the dynamic response speed, enhances the stability and reduces the overshoot of the system, the design method of the controller has a certain practical value.
