摘要
由于人体牙模是由非常复杂的自由曲面构成,设计比较困难。传统牙模模型的测量数据都是通过游标卡尺在石膏模型直接测量,会产生很大的误差,并且石膏模型应用于临床医学也会存在很多缺陷。为了探究光敏树脂型材料牙模在临床应学的可行性,采用逆向工程和快速成型技术的三维模型重构方法,首先使用三坐标非接触式扫描仪对石膏模型进行扫描得到大量点云数据,然后利用Geomagic Studio软件完成对点云数据的处理和CAD三维模型的重建,生成三维实体,采用SPS450型号的3D打印机打印出树脂实体模型。最后使用三坐标接触式测量仪对石膏模型和已生成的树脂模型进行一些重要数据的测量,对实验得到的数据进行对比分析,结果显示测量数据误差均在1mm内,在允许的误差范围之内,符合医用要求。
Because the human body is composed of a free surface model is very complex, diffwult to design. Traditional model of dental cast measurement data is by vernier caliper in gypsum model direct measurement, will produce great error and plaster model is applied in clinical medicine will exist many defects experiment. Using the reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology of 3D model reconstruction method to explore the photosensitive resin material on dental casts in the clinical study of feasibility, A large number of point cloud data is obtained by using the three coordinate non contact scanner. Then, the Studio Geomagic software is used to complete the processing of point cloud data and the reconstruction of CAD 3D model,generate 3D entity, SPS450 model of the 3D printer to print out the solid model of the resir~ Finally, using the three coordinate contact type measuring instrument to measure the gypsum model and the resin model which has been built, the experimental results show that the error of the measurement is within lmm, and the error range is within the range of medical requirements.
