摘要
为探究激光焊接过程中添加不同金属粉末对焊接接头组织性能的影响规律,在进行TC4钛合金薄板的激光焊接试验时,分别添加Ni60A粉末和铁基粉末作为焊料进行焊接。实验仪器选择采用IPG光纤激光器、PERCITEC YC52激光头和侧向送粉系统。试验结果显示,添加Ni60A粉末得到的焊接头表面洛氏硬度和显微硬度比添加铁基粉末得到的焊接头高,结合效果更好。主要由于Ni60A粉末中含有的Cr和Si等元素的含量比铁基粉末中含量高,这些元素和基体中的金属元素发生化学反应生成了硬度比较高的化合物。激光焊接过程中添加金属粉末可以明显改善焊接头处的组织性能,对其的研究具有非常重要的意义。
In order to explore the influence of different metal powder on the microstructure and properties of the welded joint in the process of laser welding, Ni60A powder and iron powder is as the filler in the laser welding of TC4 alloy sheet. It conducts the welding experiment with IPG fiber laser, YC52 PERCITEC laser head and lateral feed system. Test results show that the surface hardness and micro hardness of welding head obtained by adding Ni60A powder are all higher than the welding head obtained by adding iron powder. Because of the content of Cr and Si in Ni60A powder is more than it in iron powder, and these elements and the metal elements in the matrix create a relatively hard and brittle compound by chemical reactions. Adding metal powder can improve the microstructure and properties of the welded joint during the process of laser welding, so it is very important to study on it.
