摘要
再制造是实现产品多生命周期的关键环节。在分析产品多生命周期的基础上,结合再制造与服务的特性,引入再制造服务的概念,给出再制造服务内容及主要服务活动。针对再制造服务方案决策困难问题,提出一种再制造服务的两级服务活动决策方法,第一级是从废旧产品的使用价值、技术、资源、环境及经济五方面构建基于决策表的可再制造性决策服务活动,第二级是通过建立模块化实例库,构建基于实例推理的再制造服务工艺规划决策服务方案。以某钢企轧辊再制造服务为例验证决策方法的可行性和有效性。
Remanufacturing is the key link to realize the equipment's multi-life cycle. Based on the analysis of equipment's multi-life cycle, combining with the characteristics of remanufacturing and service, the concept of remanufacturing service and the main service activities are introduced. The content and main service activities are analyzed. A kind of two levels of service activities decision method is proposed. The first level decision-making service method is remanufacturing service activities decision-making based on the decision table from the views of surplus value, technology, resources, environment and economy. The second level decision service method is Case -Based Reasoning model of the remanufacturing service process design decision service activity by building a modular case database. At last, remanufacturing service of roll in an iron and steel enterprise is taken as an example to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the decision-making method model.
