摘要
为了解决珩磨机液压进给系统响应速度慢、效率低、液压油易泄漏、无法实现恒速进给等不足,通过对珩磨加工工艺的研究,针对珩磨工艺特殊的加工要求,提出了珩磨机伺服进给系统;并通过动力学分析,得到了进给机械系统传递函数;利用PID控制算法在Matlab/Simulink工具箱中建立了系统控制模型。通过仿真分析得到了合理的PID控制参数,仿真结果表明,所设计的珩磨机伺服进给系统具有较好的动态性能,仿真分析所得到的控制参数对设计珩磨机控制系统具有重要的指导作用。
To solve the shortage of slow response, low efficiency, leaking hydraulic oil easily, unavhievable constant speed feed of the honing machine hydraulic feed system, the honing servo feed system was proposed for special processing requirem- ents through studying its processing technic. The mechanical system transfer function was obtained through dynamic analysis. The system control model was set up using PID control algorithm in Matlab/Simulink toolbox, Reasonable PID control paramet- ers were obtained through simulation experiments. The simulations reveal that the servo feed system designed has good dynam- ic performance and the control parameters have important guidance to design honing machine control system.
