面向PDM/CAD集成的工作流程电子审批技术研究

针对生产制造过程中需要审批的电子图文档数量大,电子图文档的审批流程依赖人工签字的问题,通过对PDM系统与SolidWorks软件分别进行二次开发,运用流程模板定制、工程图遍历、模型树遍历、定位签字、XML文本交换数据等方法,以接口集成模式实现了CAD文件及相关信息从SolidWorks系统向PDM系统的无缝集成,提出了一种面向PDM/CAD集成的工作流程电子审批技术,并将该技术成功应用于天河智造公司的T5-PLM系统中,实现了工作流程的安全高效的审批,验证了该技术的可行性和实用性。

For the manufacturing process large number documents of electronic drawing requires the approval, the approval process electronic document dependent on manual signature issue, through PDM system and SolidWorks software secondary development separately, using process template customization, engineering graph traversal, model tree troversal, positioning signature, XML text exchange data etcmethod,through the interface integration mode to achieve the CAD files and related information from Solidworks system to the PDM system, we propose a for PDM / CAD integrated workflow electronic approval technology, and successfully applied the technique toTianhe wisdom made company＇s TS-PLM system and achieve a fast and secure approval workflow, verify the technical feasibility and practicality.
