摘要
电阻应变片是应变电测产品的关键元件,在制作过程中,需要装夹在弹簧工装中作最后的封装成型。目前,某企业的这一压力加载工序是由人工完成,加载精度不稳定,劳动强度大,生产效率低。为此,结合生产现状,设计研制了一台基于滚珠丝杆副的小型精密压力加载机。以技术指标为依据,设计了总体结构方案,完成了标准零部件的选型、非标准零部件的设计,并对整机进行了组装、调试。以研制的样机为平台,进行了压力加载测试,测试结果表明样机的各项性能指标均达到了设计要求。该样机的研制提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,保障了产品生产工艺的稳定性。
Resistance strain gouge is a key element of strain gauge electric metering products and treed to be clamped in spring tool for final encapsulation in the production process. At present, this pressure loading procedure is completed artifwially with poor loading precision, labor intensive and low production efficiency in an enterprise. For this reason, combining with production status, we designed and developed a small precision pressure loading machine based on ball-screw pair. In order to meet needs of the machine qualification, the general structure scheme was designed firstly, then the standard parts and components were selected, third, the non-standard parts and components were designed; lost, we assembled and debugged the pressure loading machine. Based on the results of these studies, we had implemented the pressure loading tests on the machine ; the results showed that its various performance indexes had met the design requirements. This work improves production efficiency, reduces the labor intensity and guarantees the stability of production technology.
