摘要
车轮前束角、车轮外倾角、主销内倾角和主销后倾角等四轮定位参数对于汽车性能有着显著影响。其精度需要在制造的过程中加以严格控制。在分析之前,首先对各项四轮定位参数的调整方式做了简要介绍,在此基础上,考虑到在整车制造完成之后,通常只有前束角可进行比较方便的调节,对前束调节过程中前束角与外倾角变化量的比值进行了定量分析。最后,通过参数调整的方式,分析了主销倾角存在偏差,以及汽车转向时车轮前束角与外倾角变化量的比值关系。
Four-wheel positioning parameters such as toe-in angle, camber angle, kingpin inclination angle and caster angle have a great influence on car pe^ormance. Thus, their precision must be in control in the process of manufacturing Before the analysis, this article firstly made a brief introduction about the adjusting method of four-whecl positioning parameters. Then, in consideration that only the value of toe--in angle could be adjusted after assembly, we carried on a quantitative analysis about the ratio of toe-in angle and camber angle variation during the process of adjustmenL Finally, through the way of parameter adjustment, we analysed the same ratio when there exists a deviation in kingpin angle and when the car turns its direction.
