铆速对SPR自冲铆接接头成形性能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 针对低碳钢340和铝合金6000的异种金属SPR自冲铆接接头,利用板材-铆钉-设备的设计思路,计算并选择合适的铆钉和铆接设备。采用五种不同的铆接速度进行该种接头的自冲铆接试验。观察各铆速下接头的截面成形形貌,并测得铆速增大时,接头底切量增大,底部厚度和剩余厚度均减小。通过测试接头的拉剪强度、脱落强度,发现两者均随铆速的增大而增大,且脱落强度增幅较小。接头失效形式主要为自锁失效和板材失效两种。铆速对接头成形性能的影响机理,主要由冲压载荷峰值变化和应变速率变化两方面组成。载荷峰值越大,接头成形性越好;应变速率越大,板材加工硬化程度越高且断裂应力越大。 Aiming at SPR of dissimilar metalsof low carbon steel 340 and aluminum alloy 6000, we use sheets -rivets - equipment for design ideas to choose proper rivets and punch equipment. Besides five different punch velocities were selected to rivet the joint.Through observing cross-sectioned samples on different velocity, we found that interlock distance increasedand bothbottom thickness and remaining bottom thicknessdecreased when punch velocity increased. Lap shear and peel shear of joints both increased with the punch velocity increasing, but peel shear increased slightly. The main failure of joints studied were interlock failure dad fracture in sheets. The mechanism of influence of velacity on joint formability mainly includedpeak force and strain rate. The higher of peak force, the better of joints formability; the higher of strain rate, the higher of work-hardening capacity and fracture strain.
