金属陶瓷硬密封双偏心半球阀密封性能分析 被引量:10

摘要 针对石油、化工等行业中阀门极易发生密封失效的问题,采用金属陶瓷作为密封件,设计了一种耐磨损、耐腐蚀的硬密封双偏心半球阀,指出软密封球阀的密封比压计算公式不适用于金属陶瓷硬密封的情况,利用赫兹弹性接触理论分析了半球阀密封副密封比压分布规律,建立了半球阀密封性能评价模型,并采用有限元方法计算了半球阀密封副密封比压。通过对比密封比压分布规律的理论分析结果和有限元结果,验证了有限元分析结果的正确性。并得到阀芯、阀座之间最大密封比压为9.55MPa,满足密封性能评价模型,说明设计的金属陶瓷硬密封双偏心半球阀密封性能良好,不会发生介质泄漏。 Aiming at the problem that seal failure easily happened for valve in petroleum, chemical and other industries, a kind of wear resistance and corrosion resistance hard seal double eccentric semi-ball valve using cermet as a seal was designed. It was pointed out that seal pressure calculation formula of soft seal ball valve is not applicable to the cermet hard seal. Seal pair seal pressure distribution of semi-ball Valve was analyzed by the Hertz elastic contact theory, and seal performance evaluation model of semi-ball valve was established. The seal pair seal pressure of semi-ball valve was calculated based on finite element method. By comparing seal pressure distribution of the theoretical analysis results and the finite element analysis results, the correctness of finite element analysis results was verified. It can be obtained that the maximum seal pressure is 9.55MPa between valve core and valve seat, meeting the seal performance evaluation model. Thus seal performance of the cermet hard seal double eccentric semi-ball valve designed in the paper is good, and medium leakage will not occur.
