我国液化天然气标准体系整合研究及发展

Comprehensive Research and Development of LNG Standard System in China Study on Duty Standard System of Puguang Gasfield under "Oil Company" Syst

通过总结分析我国液化天然气(LNG)标准及标准体系现状,阐述了我国现存LNG标准体系在前瞻性、创新性和充实性方面存在的问题。根据LNG产业链自身特点,在前期LNG标准体系研究工作的基础上,结合实际工程项目建设、运行等标准体系构建经验和特点,将现有标准及在编标准按照层次、门类和序列3个层面的结构进行归类整理,整合形成了我国LNG产业标准体系表,同时提出了未来几年该标准体系的发展方向及建议。

The problems existing in the prospective, innovative and substantial aspects of the liquefied natural gas （LNG） standard system in China are expounded based on summarizing and analyzing the present situation of LNG standards and standard system. Based on the previous research work on LNG standard system, according to the characteristics of the LNG industry chain and the experience in the construction and operation of actual projects, the existing standards and the being developed standards are classified according to Levels, categories and se- quences to form the LNG industry standard system table of China, and the development direction of the standard system in next few years and some suggestions are put forward.
