高含无机氯油田化学剂中有机氯检测方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 有机氯是目前油田化学剂中的必检项目之一,但在实际检测过程中,由于高含无机氯的样品中无机氯含量高,易使燃烧失败,导致检测结果误差大。通过大量的室内实验发现,先对高含无机氯样品用正己烷进行萃取处理,将样品中的有机氯萃取到有机相中,然后采用原油有机氯含量检测方法对萃取相进行检测,可消除无机氯离子的影响,改进后的检测方法对效率和检测结果的准确性均有很大提高。新方法的检测结果准确性为87%~107%,相对误差小于10%。 The detection of organic chlorine is one of the necessary detection items of oilfield chemicals, but in the actual detection pro- cess, the high inorganic chlorine content of the samples containing high inorganic chlorine easily makes the combustion fail, which re- suits in large detection error. A large number of experiments show that, the extraction of the samples of high inorganic chlorine content is carried out using hexane to make the organic chlorine in the samples extracted to organic phase, and then the extraction phase is detect- ed using the detection method of organic chlorine content in crude oil. This detection method can eliminate the influence of inorganic chloride ions on the detection result of organic chlorine. The detection efficiency and accuracy of the improved detection method are greatly improved. The accuracy of the new method is 87% to 107%, and the relative error is less than 10%.
