影响天然气分析中氮气准确性的因素分析

摘要 天然气分析是天然气众多质量和计量参数的数据来源,氮气作为天然气中的常量组分,其分析结果的准确性会影响最终各项计算参数的准确性。对天然气中氮气分析重复性较低甚至产生偏差的几个原因进行分析,并从理论上对分析原因进行验证,同时提出了不同原因的不同解决方案。大气中的氮气从热力学上有向天然气中转移的可能,导致天然气中氮气出现分析重复性变差。另外,色谱柱的老化、积分位置的确定以及分析期间环境影响等因素也是不可忽略的原因。 Natural gas analysis data is the data source of many quality and measurement parameters of natural gas. As a constant compo- nent in natural gas, the accuracy of nitrogen analysis results will affect the final accuracy of the calculation parameters. The reasons lead- ing to the poor repeatability and even deviation of nitrogen analysis data in natural gas are analyzed, the analysis results are verified in theory, and the corresponding solutions are put forward to different reasons. There is the possibility of atmospheric nitrogen transferring to natural gas in thermodynamics, which will lead to the poor repeatability of nitrogen analysis results in natural gas; the aging of the col- umn, the determination of the integral position and the change of the environment during the analysis are also the factors that can not be ignored.
