摘要
科技综合改革与创新是推进供给侧结构性改革的战略之举,文章总结了常熟市作为科技综改试点的背景和现状,分析了常熟目前的产业趋势,以及在统筹科技综改与创新中所遇到的问题,提出了常熟市科技综合改革的总体思路和具体措施。
The comprehensive reform and innovation of science and technology is the strategy to push forward the structural reform of supply side.This study summarized the background and current situation of Changshu as the comprehensive reform pilot,analyzed the current industrial trends of Changshu,the general train of thought and concrete measures of Changshu science and technology comprehensive reform were put forward.
