摘要
近年来,中国公司纷纷走出国门,寻求在境外资本市场上市。文章研究了我国企业境外上市对于其融资能力和公司治理的影响,不仅可为我国企业境外上市战略提供参考,而且对于我国企业规范自身行为、完善公司治理、促进公司长远发展具有重要意义。
Recently, many Chinese companies go abroad to seek overseas capital in foreign markets.This paper studied the actual impact on the company＇s ability to finance and corporate governance of Chinese companies listed overseas, to provide reference for Chinese enterprises listed overseas strategy.
