摘要
文章根据以往研究将企业资源分为企业内部资源和外部资源,其中,内部资源包括企业家国际经验和企业的创新能力;外部资源包括企业的关系网络以及制度环境。经过实证分析发现,企业资源与中小企业国际化呈正向相关关系,其中,企业关系网络的影响最为显著,企业家的国际经验和企业的创新能力次之,本国制度环境的影响程度最小。
Based on the previous research,this paper divided the enterprise resources into internal resources and external resources.Internal resources include the international experience of entrepreneurs and the innovation ability of enterprises. External resources include the relationship network and institutional environment.After empirical analysis, it was found that resources are positively correlated with the internationalization of SMEs.The influence of the enterprise network is the most significant.The international experience of the entrepreneur and the innovation ability are the second, and the institutional environment is the least.
