An Investigation Report on Protection and Assistance of Hunan Enterprise Intellectual Property Right

2015年5-8月,湖南省知识产权维权援助中心针对破解目前湖南企业知识产权维权意识不强、维权能力薄弱、维权机制不畅等问题,紧贴湖南省知识产权局党组"百企调研"活动,在全省14个市州开展企业知识产权维权援助状况调查工作,形成了调研报告,为下阶段湖南省知识产权局系统开展维权援助工作提供决策参考。

To deal with the problems that enterprises have encountered in intellectual property right protection, like the weak awareness, the poor capacity, the sluggish mechanism, etc.and response to the activity of ＂hundreds of companies survey＂which is organized by Hunan Intellectual Property Office party group, Hunan Intellectual Property Protection and Assistance Center has carried out an investigation on situation of enterprises＇ intellectual property right assistance in 14 cities （counties） of Hunan Province.This investigation report is aimed at offering decision-making reference of the next stage assistance work for Hunan Intellectual Property Office system.
