摘要
[目的/意义]网络微学习作为一种自主学习方式,以互联网技术为支撑,以微型、形式多样的知识资源为学习内容,使学习者能够随时随地进行学习,正在推动着学习方式的变革。[方法/过程]通过对国内主要网络微学习平台使用者的问卷调查,运用结构方程方法,分析了影响网络微学习行为的主要因素。[结果/结论]研究发现,高收入、年轻人是网络微学习的主要参与者;学习情境对微学习行为起到最关键的影响;微学习体现出学习者的一种学习自觉性和习惯性,而非较强的目的性和动机性;学习平台的易用性是提升学习者兴趣并持续学习行为的前提。
[ Purpose/Signifieance] As a self-directed learning mode, micro-learning that takes micro, various types of knowledge resources as learning content enables learners to learn whenever and wherever possible with the support of intemet technology, and it also promotes the reform of learning methods. [ Method/Process] Using the structural equation method, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the network micro-learning through a questionnaire survey among the domestic users of major micro-learning platforms. [Result/Conclusion] The research findings show that high income group and young people are the main participants of micro-learning; learning environment plays the most vital role that affects the micro-learning behavior; micro-learning can reflect the learner's consciousness and habituation for learning instead of strong intentionality and motivation; the usability of learning platforms is the premise for strengthening learning interest and maintaining learning behavior.
