库车山前巨厚盐膏层提速技术探索与应用 被引量:16

摘要 库车山前是塔里木油田增储上产的重点区域,但该地区深部巨厚盐膏层工程地质特征复杂,强度软硬交替,井斜难以控制,一直制约着该区钻井速度。为此,塔里木油田开展了库车山前巨厚盐膏层钻井提速增效的探索与实践,打破Power-V垂直钻井工具不适用于盐膏层钻进的固有思维,率先将垂直钻井工具、油基钻井液、高效PDC钻头等技术工艺进行集成配套并试验,解决了库车山前巨厚盐膏层防斜打快的难题。试验表明,深部盐膏层使用油基钻井液配合Power-V垂直钻井工具钻进能有效控制井斜角,大幅度提高机械钻速,缩短钻井周期。该技术的成功应用对国内外同类油气田钻井提速具有重要的借鉴意义。 Kuqa piedmont area is a critical area for increasing reserve and production in Tarim Oilfield. But the complex geological characteristics of deep thick salt-gypsum layers,such as high steep structure,alternated soft and hard formations,anisotropic lithology,etc. have made it difficult to control well deviation and improve ROP at this area. Tarim Oilfield carried out technical research and practice to improve ROP in thick saltgypsum layers at Kuqa piedmont area and broke the inherent thinking that Power-V vertical drilling tool not suitable for drilling in salt-gypsum layers. The integration of vertical drilling tool,oil-based drilling fluid and efficient PDC bit solve were first tried and tested,the fast vertical drilling in thick salt-gypsum layers in Kuqa piedmont area was realized. The tests showed that the Power-V vertical drilling tools with oil-based drilling fluid could effectively control the well inclination of salt-gypsum layers greatly improve the ROP and shorten the drilling cycle.Its successful applications will be of significance for improving ROP in similar drilling at domestic and foreign oilfields.
