摘要
电磁波随钻测量技术是目前钻定向井/水平井时随钻测量的一种重要技术,而电磁波随钻测量仪(EM-MWD)在国内外的成功应用证明了该工具具有良好的应用前景,绝缘总成是EM-MWD的重要组成部分,但经调查发现国产绝缘总成存在钻进过程中易损坏,造成电磁波随钻测量系统地面信号处理器检测不到信号,且进口绝缘总成价格也十分昂贵。因此,针对这一问题,川庆钻采院研制了一种CQ-JYDJ172绝缘总成,在井下恶劣工况下,仍保持良好的绝缘效果,在国内外随钻测量技术上具有良好的应用前景。
EMMWD(electromagnetic wave measurement while drilling) is an important kind of measurement while drilling for directional and horizontal well drilling. The insulation assembly is a critical part of EMMWD. However,the domestic insulation assembly is often damaged during drilling process,signals not able to be received by the ground signal processors,while the foreign companies' insulation assemblies are too expensive, whereby a new kind of insulation assembly CQJYDJ172 has been developed by DPRI. it provides good insulation even under severe downhole conditions,having a high promotional value both in China and outside China.
