摘要
目前适用于深水作业的HEM水基钻井液体系具有良好的低温流变性和抑制水合物能力,已经在中国南海得到成功应用近20口井。但近年来,所钻遇的地层越来越复杂,要求的温度和密度越来越高,现有的体系必须经过升级研究才能满足现场需要。文章旨在原有的深水体系基础上进一步优化升级,通过优选抗温材料等手段使体系更加完善。升级后的体系经过一系列室内评价并应用于现场,现场的使用过程中易于维护,性能优良。
Water-based drilling fluid HEM has excellent performance in low temperature rheological property and hydration inhibition,it has been successfully in 20 wells in South China Sea. But with the formations drilling through more and more complex,the temperature and density required higher and higher,the HEM drilling fluid system must be upgraded. By choosing an optimum agent for high temperature and other modification,the original deep water drilling system was upgraded. After a series of evaluations in the lab,the upgraded system was used successfully in the South China Sea,which showed good performance and easy maintenance.
