摘要
加长的捡拾器对捆包机工作效率有很大的提升,但捡拾宽度2.2m的捡拾器在实际使用过程中出现了很多问题。为解决这一系列实际问题,对捡拾器内经常出现故障的零部件进行分析,找出损坏原因并对其进行改进设计,主要方法是使用SolidWorks软件从结构、形状等方面重新建模,并对其进行仿真分析和有限元分析,将改进前零部件和改进后零部件进行对比,找出最优结果,为捡拾器易损零部件的改进设计提供理论依据。
Lengthen pickup can improve the work efficiency of packing machine,but lots of problems appear during the usage of 2.2mpickup.In order to solve the practical problems,vulnerable components of pickup were analyzed,the reasons were found and improved design was conducted.Firstly,the model of pickup’s structure and shape was rebuilt by using SolidWorks software.Secondly,simulation and finite element analysis of the new model was completed.Finally,contrasts between original and improved components were done to find out the optimum results,which can provide references for improving the vulnerable components of pickup.
