摘要 蒸汽消毒作为一种新型高效解决土壤连作障碍问题的技术,被越来越多种植方式所采用。为解决现有土壤消毒设备通用性差、结构繁杂、成本高、效率低的问题,设计一种可移动土壤蒸汽消毒机,主要由蒸汽生成系统、输送系统、控制系统、末端执行机构和行走系统等组成,对消毒机的整机结构和工作原理进行阐述,设计并确定关键部件结构尺寸参数。该机通过末端执行机构传递高温蒸汽直接对土壤进行消毒,减轻劳动强度,缩短渗透时间,通用性强,保质环保,提高消毒效率,改善作物质量。研究结果可为设计优化同类消毒机械提供参考,具有一定的市场应用前景。 Steam sterilization has been adopted by more and more planting patterns,as a new and efficient technology to solve continuous cropping obstacles.In order to solve the problems such as poor universality,complex structure,high cost and low efficiency,a removable soil steam sterilization machine was designed,which is mainly composed of steam generating system,transmission system,control system,terminal actuators,walking system,et al.Whole structure and working principle were expounded,the key parts structure and dimension parameter were designed and determined.Soil can be directly sterilized by high temperature steam transported with terminal transmission system,which can reduce labor intensity,shorten the time of penetration,strengthen the universality,protect the environment,and improve the efficiency and crop quality.These results can provide reference for the design and optimization of similar equipments,and has certain market application prospect.
