摘要
文科硕士研究生大多来自应届本科生,缺少社会实践的经历和锻炼,加之目前社会实践在各高校研究生教育教学中仍然是一个薄弱环节,使得文科硕士研究生的培养在很大程度上存在"重课堂轻课外""重理论轻实践""重模仿轻创新""重研讨轻体验"的倾向。构建"体验服务、调查研究和兼职锻炼三环一体"课程化社会实践模式及其实现机制,有助于实现理论与实践结合、体验与思考衔接、科研与教学互动、培养与需求对接,对培养文科硕士研究生的社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力具有不可替代的特殊作用。
Liberal arts postgraduates mostly come from the current year's graduates, and lack social experience and practice. Be- sides, the current social practice teaching in colleges and universities postgraduate education is still a weak link, so the cultivation of liberal arts postgraduates, to a large extent, emphasizes classroom teaching and neglects after-class education, emphasizes theory and neglects practice, emphasizes imitation and neglects innovation, and emphasizes research and discussion and neglect experience. Con- structing the social practice mode and its realization mechanism of "experience service, investigation and study and part time exercise" is helpful to realize the combination of theory and practice, the connection between experience and thinking, interaction between re- search and teaching, and the interlink between training and demand, which plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating liberal arts postgraduates' social responsibility, innovative spirit and practice ability.
