摘要
立足于对高职学生进行全方位的隐性职业素养培育,从更加系统化的角度来构建培育模式,提出具体的培育策略。同时,站在有效评价的角度,对高职学生的隐性职业素养进行量化评价,发挥后期评价的作用来有效"反哺"隐性职业素养的培育模式,全方位训练并提升高职学生的职业素养。
In order to comprehensively cultivate higher vocational college students' hidden vocational quality and construct a more systematic cultivation mode, this paper proposes a specific cultivation mode. Meanwhile, quantitative evaluation is applied to assess higher vocational college students' hidden vocational quality in order to make an effective evaluation, and give the role of post-evaluation into full play to promote the cultivation mode of hidden vocational quality and train and improve students' vocational quality in an overall way.
