以徐州工程学院为例,介绍高校图书馆对外开放的过程,并提出高校图书馆对外开放中应增加开放内容、加强人力资源和文献资源的建设、拓展与企业和社区的合作范围、重视对外开放的宣传、扩大和公共图书馆的合作等措施。

The paper describes the opening process of the library of Xuzhou Institute of Engineering to outside world and proposes that university libraries should increase the open content, strengthen construction of human resources and literature resources, expand the cooperation with business and community, pay more attention to the propaganda, and expand the cooperation with public libraries.
