高职院校隐性思想政治教育存在的问题及对策分析

Problems and Countermeasures of Recessive Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

针对目前高职院校隐性思想政治教育存在的教育理念落后、教育成效不显著、保障机制不健全、与显性思想政治教育相脱节等问题,文章提出了若干解决方法,包括树立全方位、全员育人理念,切实发挥教育者的作用,加快健全制度专门机构、组建专业队伍、设置专用经费,提高隐性思想政治教育与显性思想政治教育契合度,增强思想政治教育效果。

According to such problems as outdated education idea, non-significant education effect, unsound safeguard mechanism and divorcement of dominant ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some solutions including establishing comprehensive and overall education principle, effectively playing the role of educators, speeding up improving the system of specialized agencies, forming a professional team, setting aside special funds to improve the integration of recessive and dominant ideological and political education and strengthen its educational effect.
