吐鲁番出土《秀才对策文》与西凉立国之策

A Study on a Turpan Document "Xiucai Duice Wen"(A Scholar's Essay on Strategy) and the Founding Strategy of the Western Liang Regime

吐鲁番出土西凉建初四年(408)《秀才对策文》并非不甚关涉时事方略的经义策试。这次对策不仅与当时西凉的政局密切相关,而且关系到西凉的立国之策。《秀才对策文》既反映了西凉儒、玄并用的治国理念,又体现了"李、尹王敦煌"的政治格局,还与李暠重视历史经验教训,试图推行文字改革,发展与东晋、北魏的外交关系,防止北凉发动水攻有关。从西凉覆亡的教训来看,《秀才对策文》所体现的并综儒玄、德抚境内、卑弱自守是其成功的立国之策。

'Xiucai Duice Wen'(A Scholar's Essay on Strategy),a Turpan document written in the year 408(the 4^(th) year of the Jianchu period of the Western Liang) is not an interpretation and analysis of the classics which were rarely related to current affairs and ruling strategies. This document was closely related not only to the political situation of the Western Liang then,but also to the founding strategy of the Western Liang regime.
