摘要
根据既有建筑运维管理的特点,结合BIM优势分析基于BIM技术的既有建筑运维管理系统;在对既有建筑运维管理进行需求分析的基础上,设计运维管理系统的总体结构和功能;最后,提出该系统在具体项目中实施的方案和技术路线。
Combined with the characteristics of the existing building operations management and the advantages of BIM, the paper analyzes the operations management system of the existing buildings based on BIM technology, designs the system general structure, system function. Then, puts forward the specific project implementation plan and technical route of the designed system.
