摘要
分析传统设计团队与BIM团队工作模式的区别,阐述BIM设计团队与传统设计团队融合的必要性及障碍。然后从业务延伸、人才培养、软件培训、分工与考核、资源库建立等方面提出促进传统设计团队向BIM协调同设计的建议。
The paper analyzes the difference between the traditional design team and the B1M team, elaborates the necessity and obstacles of the integration of BIM design team and traditional team. Then from the business extension, personnel training, software training, division of labor and assessment, resource library establishment and other aspects, puts forward some suggestion to promote the traditional design team to coordinate with the design of BIM.
