右佐匹克隆联合黛力新治疗脑梗死患者抑郁伴失眠的临床疗效

Treatment effect on the dexzopiclone combined with Deanxit in the treatment of depression in patients with cerebral infarction and insomnia

目的探讨右佐匹克隆联合黛力新治疗脑梗死患者抑郁伴失眠的临床疗效。方法对脑梗死患者采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和匹兹堡睡眠指数量表评分。138例确诊为脑梗死的患者随机分成两组,对照组60例单用黛力新治疗,治疗组78例右佐匹克隆联合黛力新治疗。两周后评价疗效。结果两周后,治疗组在改善脑梗死后抑郁伴失眠症状与对照组比较有统计学意义。结论右佐匹克隆联合黛力新能有效改善脑梗死患者抑郁伴失眠。

Objective To investigate the dexzopiclone combined with Deanxit in the treatment of depression in patients with cerebral infarction and the clinical curative effect of insomnia. Conclusion Dexzopiclone combined with Deanxit can effectively improve depression in patients with cerebral infarction and insomnia.
