摘要
硫代葡萄糖苷(硫苷)是十字花科植物中重要的次生代谢物,具有活跃的生化特性。本文通过梳理目前植物硫苷的源库位置、运输系统、运输相关基因以及最新研究所得的运输模型,综述了植物中硫苷运输的生理生化及分子机理,为今后研究硫苷运输的分子机制提供参考。
Glucosinolates(GS) are a group of secondary metabolites with important roles in various biology processes,found throughout the Cruciferae family. In this paper,the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of GS transport in plants was reviewed by combing the source-sink location,transportation system,transportation-related genes and the transport models of the latest research. The review provides information for the future study in molecular mechanism of GS transport.
