猪痢疾短螺旋体病的病原分离鉴定及其病理学观察 被引量:5

摘要 为确诊某猪群猪痢疾短螺旋体病,本实验对疑似病例剖检采集结肠粘膜样品,涂布于TSA血平板,37℃严格厌氧培养5 d,进行细菌分离鉴定,获得β溶血的分离株。分离株通过瑞氏-吉姆萨染色、扫描电镜观察和PCR检测,鉴定为猪痢疾短螺旋体。病理组织学显示:结肠呈现严重的卡他性炎症、产生大量粘液、血管充出血和粘膜坏死。高倍镜下显示:肠上皮细胞之间粘结疏松,胶原纤维溶解、断裂。结果表明,该猪群感染猪痢疾短螺旋体,病原菌侵害结肠和盲肠粘膜组织,造成严重损伤。 In order to diagnose the case of suspected swine dysentery in a pig farm, the clinical samples were collected from the affected pig for bacteria isolation and identification. Then a predominant bacteria with β-hemolysis was isolated in TSA blood agar through anaerobically culturing at 37 ℃ for 5 days. The bacterium was identified as Brachyspira hyodysenteriae by Wright Giemsa staining, morphological examination by scanning electron microscope and PCR detecting. Histopathological examination showed that severe inflammation, excessive mucus production, vascular congestion, hemorrhage and necrosis were found in the colon, histopathological examination displayed bonding loose among epithelial cells, collagen fiber dissolution and fracture in the small intestine. The results indicated that the pigs were infected with B.hyodysenteriae and the mucosa of colon and cecum of infected pigs were damaged seriously.
