全要素生产率视角下东北三省经济增长问题研究

Economic Growth of Northeast China from the Perspective of Total Factor Productivity

东北地区经济增长问题是当前学界讨论的热点。从全要素生产率视角分析发现,近年来东北三省全要素生产率不断下降,经济增长更多是依靠加大投资实现的。因此,推进经济转型、提高经济运行效率是东北三省经济进一步发展的必由之路。必须以人为核心推动改革,千方百计稳增长,加大结构调整力度,全方位推进创新。

The problem of economic growth in Northeast China is a hot topic in current academic circles. From the perspective of total factor productivity, it is found that the total factor productivity of the three provinces in Northeast China has been declining in recent years, and economic growth has been achieved more by increasing investment. Therefore, to promote economic restructuring and improve the economic efficiency is the only way to further economic development for the three northeastern prov- inces. We must take the human as the core to promote reform, do everything possible to stabilize growth, increase structural adjustment efforts, and promote innovation in all directions.
