建设制造强国应重视弘扬工匠精神

Carrying forward the Spirit of the Craftsman is Critical to Transforming China to a Manufacturer of Quality

建设制造强国是党中央的重大决策,既需要政府运用好宏观经济政策,也需要制造企业不懈努力。而制造企业坚持弘扬工匠精神、不断打造制造精品,将会更大程度地提升我国制造业国际竞争力,进而持续推动制造强国的建设进程。在分析工匠精神从手工业到机器大工业的改变,追踪国内外工匠精神的诸多论述,阐述工业化、企业管理与工匠精神的关系,总结我国与发达国家在制造业表现的工匠精神差距基础上,提出我国建设制造强国必须补工匠精神短板的具体建议。

Transforming China to a manufacturer of quality is a major decision of the Party Central Committee, both the government needs to make good use of macroeconomic policies, manufacturers also need to make unremitting efforts. With the manufacturing enterprises carrying forward the spirit of craftsmen and producing high - quality products, China will upgrade the international competitiveness of our manufacturing industry, and continue to accelerate the construction process of a manufacturer of quality. This article analyzes the change of spirit of the craftsman from handicraft industry to machine industry, traces the domestic and foreign discussions of spirit of the artisan, expounds the relationship between industrialization, enterprise management and the spirit of the craftsman, and sums up the difference of the spirit of the craftsman in manufacturing industry between China and developed country. Based on these discussions, the author puts farward the concrete suggestion that to transform China to a manufacturer of quality, we must bolster the spirit of the craftsman.
