手术室实施舒适护理对患者应激反应及护理满意度的影响

Influence of comfortable nursing care implemented in operating room on the stress response of patients and nursing satisfaction

目的：探讨舒适护理对手术室患者应激反应和患者对护理满意度的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2016年2月在我院行手术治疗的患者146例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各73例。对照组实施常规手术室护理，观察组在常规手术室护理的基础上实施舒适护理。比较两组患者的心理应激反应、生理应激反应情况和患者对护理的满意度。结果两组患者术前SAS评分、术后SAS评分、术前SDS评、术后SDS评分比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）；两组患者术中收缩压、舒张压、心率比较差异均有明显的统计学意义（均P〈0.01）；观察组患者对护理的满意度为97.26%，明显高于对照组的83.56%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。结论手术室舒适护理能有效缓解患者的应激反应，显著提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To investigate the influence of comfortable nursing care on the stress response of patient and nursing satisfaction in operating room. Methods A total of 146 patients receiving operative treatment from January, 2015 to February, 2016 were selected as the study objects, divided into observation group （73 patients） and control group （73 patients） by random number table. Regular operating room nursing care was conducted to control group, and comfortable nursing care was conducted to observation group based on regular operating room nursing to compare the psy-chological stress response of patients, physiological stress response and the satisfaction of patients at the nursing care in two groups. Results Compared with the preoperative SAS score, postoperative SAS score, preoperative SDS score and postoperative SDS of patients in two groups, the differences had statistical significance （ P〈0. 01 ） . Compared with the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate of patients in two groups during the operation, the differences had dis-tinct statistical significance （ P〈0. 01 ） . The satisfaction of the patients of observation group was 97. 26% at the nursing care, which was significantly higher than it of control group that was 83. 56%. For the comparison among groups, the difference had statistical significance （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions The comfortable nursing care of operating room can ef-fective relieve the stress response of patients and significantly improve the satisfaction of patients at the nursing care.
