术后镇痛护理对普外科开腹手术患者术后舒适度的影响

Influence of postoperative analgesia care over the postoperative comfort of patients with general surgery laparotomy

目的：探讨术后镇痛护理对普外科患者开腹术后舒适度的影响。方法选取本院2015年1月至2016年3月收治的行普外科开腹手术患者112例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各56例。对照组采用普外科术后常规护理方法，观察组采用镇痛护理，对比两组患者住院时间、护理满意度、VAS评分。结果护理后两组患者VAS评分均下降，但观察组较对照组下降更明显（ P〈0.05），观察组住院时间较对照组明显缩短（ P〈0.05），观察组对护理工作的满意度明显优于对照组（ P〈0.05）。结论对普外科开腹手术患者行术后镇痛护理，能缩短患者住院时间，提高护理工作满意度，减轻患者术后疼痛感，提高患者舒适度，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of postoperative analgesia care over the postoperative com-fort of patients with general surgery laparotomy. Methods A total of 112 cases of patients who had received general sur-gery laparotomy in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects and were random-ly divided into two groups, 56 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observa-tion group adopted the analgesia nursing. And the length of hospital stay, the satisfaction of the patients and the VAS score of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the VAS score of the two groups were both decreased, while the scores of the observation group was decreased more significantly （ P〈0. 05 ） . The length of hospital stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （ P〈0. 05 ） , and the satisfaction for nursing of the observation group was better than that of the control group （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions The implementation of postop-erative analgesia on patients with general surgery laparotomy can shorten the hospital stay, improve the nursing satisfac-tion, reduce postoperative pain of patients and improve patients＇ comfort, hence it is worth a clinical popularization and application.
