系统化健康教育对颈动脉支架置入术患者疾病认知态度和自我效能的影响 被引量:8

Influence of systematic health education on the disease cognition attitude and self-ef-ficacy of carotid artery stent implantation patients

摘要 目的:将系统化健康教育模式应用于颈动脉狭窄支架术患者,并观察其对患者的疾病认知态度和自我效能的影响。方法选择住院颈动脉狭窄支架术患者131例,分为实验组(66例)和对照组(65例)。实验组实施系统化健康教育模式,对照组采用常规健康教育模式,比较两组患者对疾病的认知态度及自我效能水平。结果实施系统化健康教育后,实验组患者对疾病的认知态度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。两组患者自我效能总分及各条目得分干预前后比较,实验组自我效能总分、角色功能、症状管理、与医生沟通得分均比对照组得分高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);但在情绪控制方面,两组患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论系统化健康教育可显著提高CAS术后患者对疾病的认知程度,提高CAS术后患者的自我效能水平,提高患者的自我照护能力和生活质量,比常规的健康教育模式更科学和规范。 Objective To apply the systematic health education mode to carotid artery stenosis stenting pa-tients and observe the influence on patients' disease cognition attitude and self-efficacy of carotid artery stent implanta-tion. Methods A total of 131 hospitalized carotid artery stenosis stenting patients were selected, which were divided in-to experimental group (66 cases) and control group (65 cases) . Systematic health education mode was implemented in experimental group and regular health education mode was implemented in control group. The disease cognition attitude and the level of self-efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After systematic health education was implemen-ted, the cognition attitude of experimental group patients was superior to that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0. 05). The aggregate self-efficacy score of two groups of patients, the comparison of entry scores before and after intervention, the aggregate self-efficacy score of experimental group, emotional control, symptom management, score of communication with doctor were higher than than of the control group, and the difference had sta-tistical significance (P〈0. 05). However, compared with the patients of two groups on emotional control, the difference had no statistical difference ( P〉0. 05 ) . Conclusion Systematic health education can significantly improve the cogni-tion degree of CAS postoperative patients to disease, improve the self-efficacy level of CAS postoperative patients, im-prove the self-efficacy nursing capacity and living quality of patients, which are more scientific and normative than regu-lar health education mode.
