摘要
基质、嫩枝扦插部位、生根调节剂浓度对俄罗斯醋栗嫩枝扦插生根情况的影响的研究结果表明:8号最佳,组合为扦插部位下段,基质为砂∶土=4∶3(上砂下土),生根调节剂为2 000 ppm,平均须根数19根,最长须根长18.1 cm,生根率100%。基质是影响平均须根数、平均须根长、生根率的主要因素。扦插部位、基质、浓度对平均须根数,生根率结果都不显著,扦插部位对最长根长结果显著。
Substrate were studied in this experiment, twig cutting parts, the concentration of the root regulator, respectively on Russian hominem twig cuttage rooting situation. The experimental results showed that: 8, best combination for cutting parts under section, the substrate for sand∶soil = 4∶3(sand soils), root regulator is 2 000 PPM, the average number of fibrous root roots, fibrous root length 18.1 cm, longest rooting rate was 100%. Matrix is the average number of fibrous roots, the main factors of fibrous root length, root rate on average. Cutting parts, concentration of substrate, the average number of fibrous root, the rooting rate is not significantly. Cutting parts significantly the result of the longest root length.
